Private Judge Services
Andrew Calvert is authorized to serve as a private judge to process and expedite Family Law judgments.
Uncontested judgments in matters such as dissolution of marriage, legal separation, parentage, custody, and visitation can all be efficiently handled and processed through our firm.
Client Information
Processing times may vary depending on holidays and the clerk's office backlog.
For counties requiring mailed judgments, clients may pick up signed judgments from our office or request mailing services if they wish to file in person for a potentially faster turnaround.
Respondent's first appearance fees ($435) filed outside Santa Clara County are subject to an additional $30 online service fee.
QDRO sign-offs are available for a flat fee of $50 per QDRO.
Any additional fees requested within the judgment packet must be communicated in advance for invoice preparation.
All payments are processed securely through our online payment link sent via e-mail invoice.
Default cases must be signed directly through the court and are not eligible for Pro-Tem sign-off services.
